It seems Tom Bearden wants to blame Russia for chemical spraying to engineers the weather . Ignoring the fact that the layining of the trails is very visable and happens to take place in the sky which forms part of the soveriegn state. Monitored by the military both in peace time and durring times of war . In all nation states air space is soveriegn .
So one must assume the USA military and the government in the USA have given consent to the programs , who ever is carrying them out.
Personaly I see this report as some sound clarity on what is going on in the world today. I also see it clearly as a joint military action from all member states who are currently involved. Or the alternative is that all nations who are affected by chemtrails and extreme weather and earthquakes are involved in a silent wars, without disclosure to the public. Or this film is a properganda exercise to put the blame away from the USA onto Russia.
Whatever is the truth we are all involved as victims to weather warfare, it becomes more apparent every day. Spain has been hit today by a earthquake !!
Interesting to listen to him mention the use of the Sonic Booms, and how only recently this was witnessed/experienced by people in Christchurch.

I have had another listen to Beardens film , He say’s I quote ” that was the first shot OUR attemp at influancing the weather over the United States”" unquote. Slip up on his part or the truth !!
