The Age: ‘Breathe easy: Australian air is clean’

AUSTRALIANS breathe some of the cleanest air in the world, according to an international survey of nearly 1100 cities by the World Health Organisation.

Only Canada rivalled Australia for having the world’s least polluted air based on measurements of PM10 – airborne particles of 10 micrometres or less.
