Another public presentation has been organised to introduce the topic of geoengineering to those with limited or no knowledge of the subject in Nelson. It will provide an overview of this lesser known area of science. There will be a short slide show, and the video posted below will be shown, followed by a ‘questions and answers’ session at the end. They will also be DVDs available to take home.
Their belief is that geoengineering is perhaps the most harmful activity there is on the planet and that it must be stopped.
This is their 46-minute-long compilation video below. It was edited by Corey Hulbert, and put together with input from activists Louisa Young, Ngaire Small, Ray Foxley and Robyn Halkett. It includes interviews with Betty Hooper of Northland, USAF whistle blower Kristen Meghan, TV weatherman Scott Stevens, Shasta County resident Dane Wigington, former FBI chief and now deceased, Ted Gunderson, and Obama’s Science Adviser, John P. Holdren.
Offers Louisa Young: “It’s great having a team here in Nelson committed to exposing this crime. I think we are probably more highly motivated than people elsewhere in the country, because Nelson is being so heavily sprayed with aerosols compared to other regions and because Nelson is known as New Zealand’s sunshine capital. People here are probably more aware of the reduction in sunlight that has been a problem for a year or so.”
