It’s my privilege to be accompanied at COP 20, the UN climate conference in Peru, by a true American hero.

Apollo VII’s Walt Cunningham (82 years old!) has joined CFACT’s delegation and he has a lot to say about the warming scare.

Walt will be speaking at a UN press conference and a number of CFACT events here in Peru, but I’m truly proud of him for jumping off a cliff in the Andes mountains to send a dramatic wake-up call that global warming science is anything but settled.

I flew off the mountain as well.  We faced high winds and an altitude of over 11,000 feet above sea level.  The launch was not easy.

Once we were airborne CFACT unfurled a banner which reads, “No new treaty!”  We have details at CFACT.org.

The global warming crowd is serious about locking the world into a new climate treaty by the UN’s Paris climate conference next year.  Now that they’ve got President Obama on board, they are deadly serious.

Today we posted a graph which shows almost six million people worldwide ranking climate change as their lowest public policy priority.

People no longer buy into the warming scare with the same intensity they did just a few years ago.

We need to do whatever it takes to call attention to the hard facts and solid science that debunk the warming scare.

Thank you, Colonel Cunningham.

For nature and people too,

Craig Rucker
Executive Director
