Someone recently asked if aerosol operations were put on hold during the holiday period. To answer this question, here are satellite images and photos that were taken on December the 25th, 2014 and New Year’s Day, January the 1st, 2015.

The plane was identified used Flightradar24.com as belonging to the Jet Star fleet. Below:

New Year’s day in Nelson. Photo by Ngaire Small, who advises that several planes were in the sky concurrently at times and that this has followed the prolonged rain storm on the 31st December which lasted over 13 hours.
