Christchurch-based researcher, Malcolm Scott received a reply from Hon David Parker, the Minister for the Environment which claimed that New Zealand is not involved in any program of atmospheric geoengineering. Malcolm has advised the Minister in his reply dated the 18th of June, that his withholding of information may be in breach of the Official Information Act (OIA) and that the matter is being referred to the Ombudsman.
