Anti-chemtrail activist, Ngaire Small of Tahunanui, Nelson, New Zealand, who on the 23rd of November reported on a meet-the-candidates gathering held in Nelson for this website, wrote to Dr Nick Smith, Minister for Environment, Climate Change Issues and ACC, regarding the aerosol trails she has been seeing regularly, on the 8th, 15th, 26th and 30th of October.

What is ‘cloud streeting’ you may ask? ‘Cloud streets’ are referred to at Wikipedia as a name for ‘Horizontal convective rolls,’ also known as ‘horizontal roll vortices.’

As Minister for Climate Change, one would think that Dr Smith should know that global dimming is occurring as a result of the aerosol material being put into the atmosphere around the globe.
“According to NASA, the world has seen a 20% loss of sunlight and geoscientists now admit that aerosol spraying forms man-made clouds that spread to create a sky shield. The sky shield reduces sunlight and is called “global dimming”.”

Also, while he states there is no evidence to suggest the trails are anything other than vapour or evidence of cloud streeting, this is obviously not true. This programs are global and supposedly covert. The Hughes Aircraft Patent #5,003,186 – 1991, for the Stratospheric Welsbach Seeding For Reduction of Global Warming Patent (#5,003,186), proposed injecting into the upper atmosphere a “very fine, white talcum-like” powder of aluminum oxide, barium oxide and other oxides for the stated purpose of reducing Global Warming”. Aluminium and barium are being found in rainwater around the world where this spraying is occurring.

1. He was contacted directly Kevin Hayes then Mayor of Kaijoura who pointed out in reply to simlar response from Smith.
Smith was provided by Hayes a copy of UK report into straosphere spraying as comissioned by UK Parliamanet in reality of this phenoinmeon. It repeated statements made at Te Pa Royal NZ conference into geoengineering in May which also listed that permits had been granted by MOT as head of mulit agency task force since the eighties though that info has since being taked down off the net since I drew attention to the statement about six week ago.
A: aircraft do not carry out crop dusting (as smith suggested) over the water.
