The following photos were taken between 5 pm and 6 pm on September the 15th from Woodhill, Whangarei. Of note, though not evident in the photographs, there were four trails, virtually of the same length, which like the spokes on one side of a wagon wheel, were converging towards a central point, in the vicinity of the city centre. This is the second time I have seen them converging in this manner. In contrast, on the 15th of February, the trails were parallel to one another.
Weatherman Scott Stevens believes trails are used “to map the sky of…scalar/EM energy signatures and to make what is invisible visible…The extent of the weather manipulation must be known at all times in as many locations as physically and fiscally possible.”
