Scott Stevens runs the website Weatherwars.Info. He is an award winning television weatherman who, a decade ago, began investigating the claims of Lt. Col Tom Bearden that North America was being subjected to full time weather modification. During the course of that personal investigation he was the first to discover the primary reason for the now global chemtrail phenomena.
Of his latest video, which is posted below, he writes: “It’s been a few weeks since there have been trails in the sky from sunup till past sundown. And certainly none since I have felt compelled to do these frequent updates. I intermix the hand held camera commentary with the day’s time lapse of the clouds and chemtrails. It’s a long one, over 40 minutes, crazy because at most I’d get four minutes to do an on-air weather cast, so it’s nice to be able to “go long.” Share and share widely!”
