Here we have evidence to show that the Ministry of Education is not working in the public’s best interests and that propaganda is one tool of public control understood by our government.
Note the Royal Society of New Zealand’s logo on the title page. This group was also involved in hosting a conference on geoengineering in Wellington, New Zealand on March 8, 2011, which concealed the fact that chemtrails/geoengineering is already occurring in New Zealand.
Has this group got a conflict of interest? Yes. The Royal Society has thrown its weight behind the man-made global warming movement, lending its absolute support for legislation aimed at reducing carbon emissions by 80%, a process that will devastate the global economy and drastically reduce living standards everywhere.
This group has a vested interest in promoting climate change propaganda, while keeping the public in the dark about chemtrails/geoengineering.
A noteworthy component of propaganda is not just false or spun information, but the omission of critical information to enable the viewer or reader to place the information in a meaningful context. Note for example, page 12, which is below and titled, Cirrocumulus. The cloud matters shown look like thin-layers of aerosol material and the third photo shows material with ripple formations in it. We did not see these commonly until chemtrails/geoengineering went full-scale in New Zealand in early-2010.
Children are being taught deceptively that these are part of nature, as information about their origin has not been mentioned.
As an aside, according to Scott Stevens of Weatherwars.Info, the very large ripples in cloud matter that are being seen regularly require the presence of massive thunderstorms under natural circumstances. Nowadays however, this phenomenon is occurring worldwide without the presence of thunderstorms, and whatever the force is that is propelling the waves, it is not being picked up by conventional instrumentation, either.

Shockingly, the guide shows chemtrails sprayed in parallel in the first and third photos on page 20 under the title, Cirrostratus. These are not natural formations. No way! Evidence shows they are comprised of metal particulates, which are poisoning the environment. Rain and hair analyses results show aluminium, barium and strontium, which are the hallmarks of geoengineering, are present in New Zealand. For example, click on link.
In addition, a single chemtrail is presented on page 7 under the heading Cirrus and Contrail, (see below) with a correct indication that a contrail will only form at a high level. It fails to mention that contrails cannot form behind aircraft unless the atmosphere is very cold. As NASA explains states: “Contrails only form at very high altitudes (usually above 8 kilometers) where the air is extremely cold (less than -40 degrees C).”

Furthermore, the Guide failed to state that NASA, NOAA and other scientific cloud-gazers also agree that a relative humidity of 70% or higher is necessary for cloud and contrail formation. If the air is very dry, contrails do not form behind airplanes.
In regard to this, top aerosol investigator, Clifford Carnicom of the Carnicom Institute made some observations using atmospheric readings by NASA’s Climate Diagnostics Center related to 21 days of heavy “chemtrail” gridding over Santa Fe from January 1999 to August 1999. At altitudes where persistent white trails criss-crossed the typically cloudless New Mexico sky, Carnicom found 30% humidity or less, proving that the trails were not “contrails.”
Just think, taxpayer money has foot the bill for this brainwashing, brainwashing which would have impressed Hitler. He wrote in Mein Kampf: “One started out with the very correct assumption that in the size of the lie there is always contained a certain factor of credibility, since the great masses of people may fall victim to a great lie rather than a small one,…”

I went to a Pecha Kucha function last night and it was unnervingly apparent that the ‘sustainability’, ‘carbon foot print’ mass indoctrination has worked very well, in spite of all the evidence which shows it is propaganda-speak.
I find difficult to agree with you completely because elements of sustainable development is important if humans are to have a decent life here on earth in the future. Humans can not continue “business as usual”. In a finite world with finite resources this just will not work. So to say that all sustainable development talk is indoctrination is, I believe, wrong. However I do believe sus.dev has been hijacked by people who have different plans to living harmoniously, and in equilibrium with the planet.

For example, I heard an intelligent woman who is a medical doctor, talking about her desire to reduce her ‘carbon foot-print’ at the last Pecha Kucha event, as if she believes carbon dioxide is a dangerous, toxic gas, when it is in fact, it is essential to life on earth – it is what plants use in the process of photosynthesis. It surprises me that she was not taught this at school, or may be she was, but she forgot how important it was.
It is unfortunate that many unwitting New Zealanders have been brainwashed to believe that carbon dioxide causes the temperature to rise globally and that this will lead to catastrophe when even the most fundamental assumption of the theory of man-made global warming, that carbon dioxide causes the temperature to get higher – is not supported by the evidence. Ice core data shows that as the temperature rises, the level of atmospheric carbon dioxide follows, with a lag of about 800 years.
To make the situation even more farcical, because there has been no warming for 17 years according to the IPPC head, now NASA has stated this year that carbon dioxide causes COOLING.

I suspect that they would like to get hold of any old education books on weather and burn them too if they could. Heard that the MoE seem to be wanting to divert the definition of science to be one of only looking at new (and of course sanitized) data being the only data for good science.. Seems like the infiltration is huge.
Would be interesting to see what educational book on weather is being replaced here. If possible to compare and contrast them openly with teachers and parents – as a good introduction to this stealth geo-engineering perhaps?
Another thing that I don’t understand – why is the Royal Society of NZ doing this? Is it one individual? How do representatives get talked into this? Threats of no funding? What else? Sorry for my naivety about this.

Why is the Royal Society of NZ involved in the cover up? They are controlled by those who are behind the geoengineering/chemtrails/cover up.
It mentions that it is “Crown” copyright, according to Wikipedia it is a form of copyright claim used by the governments of a number of Commonwealth realms. It provides special copyright rules for the Crown (i.e., state entities).
