A resident of Rangiora, a rural town 25 kilometres north of Christchurch, who has kindly contributed to this website before, e-mailed three photos of unnatural-looking cloud matter she took on February the 21st, between 3.17 pm – 3.28 pm.
It is believed the cloud matter shown bears this ugly oily-looking appearance owing to the ionizable metallic salts being sprayed into the sky via chemtrails.
Scientist Clifford Carnicom has documented the gradual change of the planet’s atmosphere into a plasma. This plasma, which includes barium, can be used with HAARP technology. Official documents show that this type of technology, which is based on Nikola Tesla’s and Bernard Eastlund’s work, may be employed to cause earthquakes and drastically modify the weather, amongst a range of other potential functions.
These kinds of coloured clouds are not at all unusual in New Zealand’s skies now. (I have filmed and photographed them on many occasions since early-2010, including over Whangarei on the 19th of February, 2011).

Recently I have been noticing more and more chemtrails over Rangiora (Waimakariri District). Three out of 7 days now.
Today there were clear blue skies all day, with visible signs of trails being sprayed mid-morning. This afternoon, left lingering, were these very unusual formed looking cloud masses that produced a rainbow-like effect. The temperature today here has been mid 30’s with clear blue skies, and no moisture. Very interesting, as the clouds should be white in appearance, but instead they resembled a cocktail of artificial appearance.
Interestingly, I have also read and checked with GeoNet that there have been 5 earthquakes/aftershocks (who knows?) only 20kms from Rangiora in the past 12 hours, ranging from in 2.5 to 3.9 magnitude. This centred location seems to be a new centred activity area.

I have spent a great deal of time taking sky photographs and have some pretty amazing images but these ones are beautifully captured. I have witnessed these sprayed over Kaikoura but have been unable to photograph them that well. Really good job.

I have noticed when I see the obvious colours in the cloud material and use my Sony camera, much of what was seen, is not visible in the photograph, while the Panasonic video camera captures the colours. The earthquake that struck Christchurch has caused some 30 million tons of ice to break off from New Zealand’s biggest glacier. Tour guides at the Tasman Glacier in the Southern Alps say the quake caused the ice to “calve” from the glacier, forming icebergs in the terminal lake. Tourists of Glacier Explorer boats say the icefall caused waves of up to 3.5 meters in height which swept up and down the lake for 30 minutes. The glacier is about 120 miles (200 kilometers) from Christchurch on the west coast. The powerful earthquake struck Christchurch on Tuesday, toppling tall buildings and churches, crushing buses and killing at least 65 people.
The refractive nature of chemtrails will be magnified by HAARP use is a reasonable guess.
I was wondering if any suspected rainbow color haarp type clouds could of been in the skies as has been seen elsewhere.

They are using a range of technologies, not merely HAARP and are likely to be light years ahead of what the average Joe Bloggs imagines they are using, thanks to the dumbing down education system and the lamestream media.
For example, Scott Stevens of Weatherwars.Info who has done a lot of research over a number of years using the scientific method estimates that HAARP technology is only responsible for about 20% of the weather manipulation efforts taking place.
Stevens refers to Tom Bearden’s work and that of Trevor James Constable, who gave governments the playbook on how to manipulate the orgone or etheric energy back in the 1970’s. He is particularly concerned about… orbiting military satellites that have directed energy technologies on them.
He believes that the kind of technology those in power have at their disposal to manipulate the weather is way beyond what we can imagine and probably includes the use of the orbs that are being seen in the sky around the world – often adjacent chemtrails.

Keep your eyes peeled and you may see the same kind of electrically-controlled weather events he has shown, occurring in your own region.
There is a new documentary regarding chemtrails/geoengineering called What In The World Are They Spraying? which you will find on YouTube. It is an important contribution to this area, so do watch it and encourage others to view it also.

Up until a couple of hours ago I have been sceptical of the chem-trail debate, however after seeing multiple trails over Auckland this evening, I am now sitting on the fence. As an avid wx watcher, I have my head up in the clouds more than often and frequently take shots of unusal cloud formations.
This evening there were multiple con-trails in regular straight lines (east to west). We live 20 mins south of the airport and the ILS is north of us. In other words this is not a regular flight path at all.
This is the first time that I have physically seen such trails before and given the timing of seeing these, I did stand up and take special attention.
I have heaps of footage of these trails.

Dang, my hometown too! Update from Chch. We got power back two hours ago in Linwood. It rained heaps the first night and we caught buckets of water so i dont feel sorry for those who had to que up for it. The had opportunity from the sky. Gas stations are getting power back, being all cleared then blitzed by people, running out, closing till the next tanker comes. Radio is contradicting itself. Please dont start rumors. Roads are okay most places unfortunately some places they are anything but smooth and silt is on east side of town. I think water will be out for some time although west side has it. ( I had fun digging the longlong drop today). regular shakes probably about the 4.0-2 mark. I suspect water infrastructure was still to be fixed from last quake so it definitely stretched now. (long wait) No signs of HFAARP activity but we have been under a thick cloud for the entire time. Very inconvenient. We were shaken about at around the same intensity as the first i estimate. Because the richterscale measures energy released, the first was over a longer period of time, the second closer and shorter period of time giving it a higher energy intensity. Did any numerologists predict this one? i walked across the city home after the quake and the roads were gridlocked the entire way. Not a car overtook me most of the way haha. Most people are coping fine. ;-). More things fell over in my home than in the first quake so it is likely this was more physically violent than the first. I wonder if this will be a stress reliever or primer to the alpine fault. Bexley is waist deep supposedly in some places as an older couple i spoke to had broken down from going through deep water out that way. You can smell the sewerage here. Not pleasant. Not so bad either.

As you might have heard, here in Australia I live, they caused flood here and there and now introducing that wonderful ‘flood tax’, and it seems same with you guys in NZ for their earthquakes. That lady in Maui said she hadn’t investigated into somebody’s benefit, but I see it there already.

I saw these clouds along State Highway 1, Waikuku beach, just before entering Christchurch. It was really strange, especially the colours:from far it looked plain white, then while underneath it: purple/red with black bits coming off below it. I could not believe that this had been naturally formed, and looked around for a factory or other source, but clearly saw the beginning bit and the end part, about 40km wide in total, just hanging there, over the highway..never seen this before..People were stopping to take photos, I sent it to the press…please could you comment on this.
