In order to maintain the illusion that all is at it should be, the “powers-that-be” have created a vast and sophisticated propaganda matrix. Based upon obfuscation and lies, the mainstream media, and our societal and political systems, in conjunction with a host of disinformation websites are enabling the elite to control the ‘climate change’ debate, to put the blame for extreme weather on “carbon dioxide,” and pretend aerosol trails, also known as “chemtrails,” are merely water vapour.
For example, when chemtrails are shown during TV weather reports in New Zealand, viewers are misled regarding their origins and nature. Likewise, the Ministry of Education provides children with booklets to teach that aerosol trails are natural cloud formations, while the Ministry for the Environment ignores the indisputable proof that chemtrails/geo-engineering is occurring, and lies to advise that the strange-looking, lingering trails being seen are merely vapour trails. And when employees of the Crown-owned research institute, the National Institute for Water and Atmospheric Research, (NIWA), have been questioned by myself and others regarding all the evidence of the use of climate engineering and aerosols around New Zealand in recent years, they fail to acknowledge these crimes.
Malcolm Scott, a researcher in Canterbury who proposes to do a thesis related to atmospheric aerosols, submitted requests under the Official Information Act on the 9th and 25th of February, 2016 to the Environmental Protection Authority, (EPA). Not surprisingly, like the EPA in the US, which claims on its website that the persistent trails left by aircraft are only water vapour and contain no harmful chemicals, the replies Malcolm received from the New Zealand EPA indicate that it is also a taxpayer-funded propaganda machine. (See the letters below).
A case in point, in the letter dated March the 4th, 2016, the EPA takes the official position that high altitude aerosol spraying from aircraft in New Zealand “does not exist.”
The EPA has no procedures for investigating Aerosol Operations, it has made no investigations, yet the claim is made that “no evidence exists.”
To allege that atmospheric aerosol spraying “does not exist” in this context is a form of false dichotomy, as it excludes the rational proposal that there may not have been a proper investigation, and therefore, there is not enough information to prove that the claim they “do not exist” is either true or false.
Interestingly, this same concealment tactic was used in the official story of the attacks of 9/11 by the National Institute of Standards and Technology, (NIST), who fallaciously claimed that “no evidence exists” for explosive/pyrotechnic materials in the WTC buildings, when overwhelming evidence of these materials was found by investigators independent of NIST.
NIST failed to consider explosives or pyrotechnic materials in any of its hypotheses, even though this omission was at odds with the requirement of the national standard for fire investigation which calls for testing related to thermite and other pyrotechnics.
Back to the EPA. The name Environmental Protection Authority has been in use since 2009, applying to a unit of the Ministry for the Environment responsible for administering a section of the Resource Management Act. The Environmental Protection Authority as it is now began operations in July 2011 under its own Act, the Environmental Protection Authority Act 2011. This Act requires the EPA to contribute to the effective and transparent management of New Zealand’s environment and natural and physical resources.
Note that while the EPA claimed in its first letter to Malcolm, dated February the 18th, 2016 that it had not received any information regarding sightings of high altitude aerosol spraying from members of the public, in its second letter dated March the 4th it indicates that it received an email from Mr. W Ryan on February the 18th, 2011, which it referred to the Ministry for the Environment, because the inquiry fell outside the EPA’s responsibility [at that time]. Thus, the EPA staff know that the Ministry for the Environment has correspondence on this issue, as readers of this website know of, and this includes from the Mayor of Kaikoura.

In addition, note that the EPA claims on its website at http://www.epa.govt.nz, that its role under the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms (HSNO) Act is the regulation of pesticides, dangerous goods, household chemicals and other dangerous substances. It further offers: “This means we put controls in place to manage the risks of hazardous substances to safeguard people and the environment.” If only this were true where atmospheric aerosol spraying was concerned.
As numerous rainwater tests from around the globe and here in New Zealand have shown, heavy metals are being disseminated into the atmosphere we breathe, among a host of other harmful substances.

In addition, former US government employee and respected researcher, Clifford Carnicom has been investigating and reporting on aspects of these aerosols for over a decade, including what they are doing to the environment and our health. Alarmingly, he has evidence to show that aerosol trails are achieving far more than modifying the atmosphere. His research has shown that the aerosols also contain bio-engineered filaments that are infecting the global population with exotic, cross domain bacteria which do not exist in nature.
Therefore, because the EPA denies the existence of these high altitude atmospheric aerosols and refuses to investigate them when a vast body of evidence shows that they are real and harmful, not only is it exhibiting a high degree of negligence and failing in its duty of care under the HSNO Act, but in keeping the public in ignorance and concealing the truth, it is complicit in enabling this crime against humanity and the environment to continue.

I have, over the past year or so, noticed that the weather is changing in that all we get for rain is mist, not even one mm over a couple of hours, whereas we used to get RAIN, real rain even if not heavy, we knew it was raining. Nowadays we don’t even need to buy a raincoat. Anyone else noticed?

Food producers appear to be being targeted around the globe by the powers that be who are using the weather as a weapon. It is no coincidence that drought inducement is listed as one of the objectives on the 1996 US Air Force document: ‘Weather As A Force Multiplier – Owning the Weather in 2025.’ Weather manipulation is occurring globally, including in New Zealand and one can see evidence of this by looking up on clear days. White trails of particulates emitted from aircraft, also known as chemtrails, are being seen often in New Zealand’s skies. A known consequence of putting particulates into the atmosphere is drought inducement, because when the atmosphere is saturated with particulates, there are too many condensation nuclei for rain droplets to form into a reasonable size and the moisture is carried away.
The presence of these aerosols is probably one reason why rain clouds have been seen regularly over the last two months, yet little rain has fallen in Northland and the rain that has fallen has often been comprised of tiny droplets.
According to an award-winning weatherman, Scott Stevens of the US, who used indicators this technology was being used to better his forecasting record, the entire Earth’s weather has been digitized. There’s not a flood, thunderstorm or drought that isn’t allowed to happen. Control over global weather is complete.
Some of the forms of technology being used are probably way beyond what we can imagine, however, there’s evidence HAARP/scalar technology is being used, and it is known Trevor Constable provided governments with the playbook on how to manipulate the orgone or etheric energy back in the 1970’s.
